Yes you do before all the pain comes out. If this is your friend you will feel obligated to tell, because this person is betraying someone. But if you are the mistress, what will you accomplish by telling this person that the spouse is being bad.
Hacking a facebook account is a criminal offense(a felony in some states)..
Telling the person who is being cheated on may inadvertently cause the person who did the cheating (and who's facebook account you illegally hacked) to retaliate against you by having you arrested...sometimes its better to mind your own business,stop the illegal activity,and respect the rightful legal privacy of other people...

It would be wise of you to stop your hacking (curiosity killed the cat) and mind your own business. You broke the law so telling the person being cheated on will blow your cover. Most importantly the person being cheated on will find out soon enough.
