Only if it was your fault. If someone ran into you, you have no control over this.
If you are a minor, your parents hold the right to take your license away. You must abide by their rules to keep your license since driving is a privilege.
You should get in trouble because you caused the accident.
No you can not. You will need parental consent in getting that license. Your parents will have to sign off on the paperwork. Driving is a privilege not a right. Check with the laws in the state that you are from and good luck.
okay well not sure what will happen for sure but my gf was driving my car and it was not insured and i lost my license and restication for 3 months and had to pay a fine and so did my gf and she got points on her license the other car she rear ended didnt have any damage done to it...so therefore you will probably not get ur license for sometime and the rest would probaby depend on what kind of insurance your parents have..they may have to pay out of there pockets for the accident
No i dont think because she was the one driving the car, i didnt mtter who it belonged to.
Honestly, Most teens are too iresponsible, driving teaches some responsiblity, when their parents can't. Even if we changed it it would not make a difference the way people drive. When they are first getting there license...
yes
Yes
No, the parent isn't liable for the accident insofar as they weren't behind the wheel. But the minor probably won't have a license for a good long time.
first when your in a car accident never admit it was your fault...you will definitely have to pay for it then. if your underage and no permit you will most likely have a set back in getting your license and your parents may have to pay compensation
Ponyboy's parents die in a car accident. They were driving on train tracks and then a train came and hit their car,
Nope ... the legal age for obtaining a solo drivers license is the same for anyone, regardless of the situation or situations.
