No - the enlistement standards fo the Marine Corps are higher than the Air Force and other service branches.
In general, if the government decides to deliberately separate you for misconduct prior to your EOS, you're not eligible for service in any other branch. It doesn't make any difference which branch it happened in - the offense is agains the Federal Government, not just a military branch, even though the offense is punishable under the UCMJ rather than public law.
It's harder to join the Marines. They have much higher standards than the Army.
