If her parents don't want you to ever see her until she is of legal age they can do so. if she keeps the baby you have the right to see the baby once it's born but her parents decide over her. You have parental rights and obligations to the baby but no rights to it's mother. If both parents agree you can move in but sex between minors is still illegal whether you two had it before or not.
