It would be presumed that you have your parents' permission to attend college, which would be considered acceptable.
Eighteen.
AnswerYou can move out at 18. But that sort of depends upon what you and your parents agree to. They might agree to pay for college if you live at home. They are under no obligation to put you through college.
no you can't move out just because you had a baby doesn't change the rules your still a minor and until your eighteen you have to do what your parents say sorry!
Yes at 18 he/she is considered an adult and can sign contracts, get married or join the military.

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
There is no requirement that a parent pay for college unless there is a support agreement in place. And given that they are emancipated, they are supposed to be on their own and no longer need any help from the parents..
The parents of students may have access to oxford mail. The parents of a student may have access to oxford mail if there child attends oxford college and is under the age of eighteen.
Only as a provision of the order. see link
Parents don't emancipate their children. A court can emancipate them. Parents just kick them out when they turn 18. There isn't a process or form that has to be signed. So, what is the process to have the courts emancipate the eighteen year old, assuming the parents will (a) allow the eighteen year old to live at home, under rules of the home (b) the needs for the eighteen year old will be met and (c) the parents are seeking some legal protection from any acts of the eighteen year old.
Having a baby doesn't change your age. Parents are responsible until you turn 18 in Florida, or in Tennesse until you are 18 and graduate high school. If your parents give their permission there is nothing to stop you. But that doesn't relieve them of the responsibility for providing support and maintenance.
Don't do it.
