This type of pregnancy is called ectopic, and it means out of place. The most common place for an Ectopic pregnancy is in the fallopian tubes. If it happens and the baby starts growing, it is painful to the mother because there is a fetus growing in a tube smaller than a strand of hair.

The tissues aren't nurturing enough or designed to grow with a fetus. If an ectopic pregnancy happens, the fetus is surgically taken out of the fallopian tube.

Since the fetus is cut out, you would think that they would be able to implant the fetus into the womb, but I haven't read anything like that happening.

Typically, you cant have a baby after you've had your tubes tied. .unless somehow the tubal fails. Can you carry a tubal preg for 4 months?

It is not likely or safe. If the tube ruptures it can put the mothers life in great danger. A baby who is the victim of a tubal pregnancy, unfortunately will not survive. Most doctors will not let a tubal pregnancy go this far because of the danger it puts the mother in.
