The by-products of THC metabolism can remain in the body for up to six weeks, depending on the original concentration. It is impossible to say with certainty, because the amount of THC in given samples of marijuana can vary a great deal.
Personally, if it were a matter, say, of staying out of jail, I wouldn't chance it. You can get a positive test from passive smoke, but it is generally such a small amount that it could not be confused with the amounts achieved by direct smoking. A quantitative analysis will easily catch you out on that one.
The above refers to the average person. There is a lot of mythology floating around about drug testing. For example, the original answer to this question related it to weight and metabolism. Neither is especially significant, unless you are obese and smoke a great deal. Since THC metabolites are fat soluble, they can and do remain in the bodies of such folks for much longer than "normal."
I used to run a testing program, and -- believe me -- if you've been cheating and they want to get you, they will. Drug testing is not the hit or miss process that most people believe. Most of the information on the Web is meant to sell you stuff, or just wishful thinking. When people beat the tests, it is almost always because of sloppy testing, not some "tea" that you paid way too much for.

Will it?...I don't know. It depends on the person. Can it??....DEFINITELY. I would go with assuming that it would take the usual 4-7 days for meth to get out of a person's system for a urine screen and around 3 days for a saliva test.
