Starving is completely unhealthy and its almost like "puking up your food" If you think your fat maybey you should consider watching what you eat and reading how much fat and calories there are in the product.Im 12 years old and have knoledge because somtimes i felt fat. Calories are energy for your body and when you exercize you work them off. If you don't burn Your calories off and exersize every day then you will make those calories turn into fat cells. Like what the other person said and answered watch what you eat and check the labels. you hear me "CHECK THE LABELS!!!" if it has alot of fat then i wouldn't get it. If you like yougurt then eat it but make sure its fat free. DOnt skip your breakfast,Because that wont do nothing to make you lose weight. Its hard to believe but its true it will actually make you gain more weight why? BEcause you usually get hungry a couple hours or minutes after you didnt eat your breakfast and you go for quick food like chips or pop and stuff like that. And you will tend to eat snacky things which are most likely not healthy and they will be a fatty or salty food. Consider working out,going for jogs,going to the gym weight loss programs or sets of stairs. Drink a lot of water and eat well. Don't skip meals or completely stop eating "treats". Take your time when eating. Eat food that're good for yourself. :) Even though it can cost a bit more, bio aliments are always a good choice.
No, eating in not a learned behvior. You are born naturally knowing how to swallow though you start of eating soft foods because of your delicate gums.
you might find yourself a bit edgy, especially while driving. You may also lose a couple of pounds from not eating muchies. Might not be able to get to sleep as easy. That's about it though. All of that will subside with time.

Well I dont know that I would say that is normal. I am only 5"1 and I weigh 116. I use to wiegh 99 lbs.. but still what you weigh is pretty small. There some really skinny people though. As long as you are eating healthy and taking good care of yourself you are alright.

It all depends, for some children excersing more makes you gain weight and that's because the muscles get stronger in which it causes them to get heavier, though ur appirence will be much thinner . =( though the outcome of all these details may vary
