Well you'd feel pretty distraught and very upset. I mean if i found out i was moving or my friend was then i would be so very upset. Loosing a friend is like loosing family sometimes even worse because you tend to spend a lot of time with your mates and you tell secrets and everything. It must be sad for whoever is moving or whoevers friend is moving. You should comfort them and try and be supportive for them.
