Yes. You must unlock it however. Rogers currently does unlocking of their phones, ONLY if you have received a hardware upgrade from them (new phone) since the old one was hooked up. There is a $50 unlocking fee that is billed to the rogers account. After that your phone is unlocked and will accept any sim card including Sasktel's.
