The arrest for your warrant would be legal. What you said just means you're arrested in another county/state and they may or may not come and get you since you're outside the 100 miles they are willing to travel to pick you up and transport, meaning they want you, but the charge isn't all that serious and they don't want to use great expense to get you.
A warrant is a judicial order for an arrest. If the warrant was still valid, the law enforcement officer has no choice but to make an arrest.
Yes
Unless the arrest warrant specifically states that the issuing agency will extradite then you can not be arrested for it.
Yes, you can and will be arrested.
if the warrant is for your arrest then yes you would be arrested
Yes, of course. If you are wanted on a warrant you are subject to arrest wherever you are.
You can get bail only if you have been arrested and arraigned or the judge who issued the arrest warrant set bail when the warrant was issued (however, arrest is still a prerequisite for making bail).
A warrant is an order for an arrest issued by the court. But many arrests do not need a warrant. If you punch someone in the face, and police are called, you will be arrested without a warrant, and one will not be needed. If say, you failed to show up in court, then a warrant for your arrest will be issued, to alert all officers that you should be arrested on sight. So the warrant itself is not the thing 'allowing' you to be arrested.
No not unless you have a Warrnat for your arrest! LAWL
Yes. Fi the Florida authorities have knowledge of a warrant for your arrest they can arrest your and hold you for Indiana to extradite you (if Indiana wishes to do so).
If an arrest warrant exists then you are subject to arrest at any time or place. Being at work will not prevent your being taken away in handcuffs.
A search warrant is NOT necessarily an arrest warrant. If some other violation comes to light during the search that supports your arrest, yes, you could be arrested, even if nothing was found during the search.
