no, they could have blue or brown or green ---- well, they would most likely have blue eyes, then brown would be the next most likely, then green. the first kid could have green eyes, but it would most likely have blue.

This may be because if she is young her eyes will usually be blue until shes older they will change colors. Or it could just be someone in the family has blue eyes. My daughter has Green eyes and I have blue eyes and so does my other 3 sons. Just don't worry about it.

Ofcourse they can. The mother/father are still very likely to carry the blue eyes gene.

It's all in the genetics.
