Yes. Also you feel the same when you have sea-sick. You can take a medicine before you must fly so you will not feel sick.
If the car is moving fast then it can make you feel sick like a boat
Your mind plays tricks on you so most of the time you think you are sick, but your not. :)
Air sickness or Motion sickness is pretty much the same thing and is common among a VERY small number of air travelers. If you get car sick or sea sick you may be likely to get Air sick. If cars & boats don't get you, then not much chance for air sickness. Today's passenger planes are very smooth and pressurized and seeing anyone getting airsick is very rare. Airsick is caused by the inner ear & changes in pressure and direction, that is different that what we experience on the ground. Mostly nausea, vomiting and some sweats are the common symptoms. If you can get a window seat, be sure to focus on the horizon, not looking down but keep your head from wagging around, the trick is to keep that inner ear from spinning. Eat a lite meal 2-3 hours before flight time & avoid grease & booze, drink only water on the way to the airport and on the plane & you will be fine, again it is VERY rare to see anyone airsick on a passenger plane these days.
I think actual car sick is a motion thing. Maybe clausterphobia?
That happens because of the movement of the veichle or carnival ride.
-sick example: car + sick= carsick
Car sick is two words.
mine does the same. my problem is the motor mount
Huey Lewis and The News was the musical group that performed that song
Because the Earth is travelling at a constant speed. i.e. it is not accelerating. Another example of this can be found in the car. When the car is accelerating, we can feel ourselves being pushed into our seats, but when we are travelling on a motorway at the same speed, we do not get this feeling.
probably a new one
Dogs can get car sick from either anxiety associated with the car ride, or from the motion which is outside their control.
