If you have plea agreement that denies you any right for an appeal and your attorney had you perjure yourself in federal court can this be used to maybe get your case back before a judge?

At the plea, you stood before the judge, heard him ask if the testimony you were about to give was true, and said, "Yes".
As I do not believe it likely that your previous attorney is going to admit to asking you to perjure yourself, you chances of another trial are virtually zero.
