yes your hair will grow because you wont be messing with it or puttin chemicals in it and the dirt follicals from your hair will make it grow alot and it could restore your hair back to healthy condition if it was unhealthy before

No the opposite will happen. Putting glue wont he roots of your break will make it so as your hair grows in it will already be damaged. If your doing tracks its better to sew them in.
