Suspended & or revoked.
Suspended
that's not a question
You can have your license taken away up to a year in some instances, possibly more if you were refusing the breathalyzer or if there were other circumstances around your DUI offense.
It depends you could just go to jail.
As long as you were not in control of the vehicle at the time, you can't have your driving privilege taken away but you can certainly be subject to being charged with other offenses.
6 mos or a year usually, if longer it is usually revoked permanently.
It depends on the violation. Anyone can lose their license for one day through permanently.
Depending on the severity of the offense, a license could be revoked anywhere from a few weeks to permanently. Driving with a revoked license can cause the suspension to be extended if you are caught.
You can be arrested. You can go to jail. Your license can be revoked for a long period of time. Your car can be confiscated (taken away from you), and sold by the government. Depends on the EXACT laws of where you live- they vary- but it is a VERY poor choice to make.
You can get your license back after it's been suspended for a while. This of course is if your license wasn't taken away for a very bad reason.
There are some companies that will write a policy if you have a suspended license as long as it is not permanently revoked.
