Tell them you were just in an automobile accident and let them know your license is suspended. See what kind of reaction you get. Chances are you will be slapped with a fine and have to spend the night in jail. You could try to sue the person. But the bit about your liscense being suspended will only ensure that you will lose the lawsuit.
