It depends on where your mailing it from, and if you mail it early in the morning. It might be there the next day if its in the same town, and you mail it early from the post office. In most cases though unless you use the overnight method it will probably take at least two days. If the mail is going to another town: It gets sorted into bins by destination, and drivers pick up the bins and take them to the next post office, this is done on third shift. The farther away the town, the longer it is going to take, because when it gets to the next post office it will be resorted and picked up by another driver. Little town mail goes to the main county office, then to an outer city office before it leaves the state, and so on. And it will arrive at a main city office and be distributed to main county offices before it reaches the little town office, and then it can be delivered by the mail man to your house.
