Yes but you're not guaranteed papers depending if he has a record or has been caught crossing the border but my friend got married to an illegal and theyve been married for one year just last week and he was given temporary residency for 2 years already and in 2 years he needs to apply for permanent residency. It does help if you have a child but i wouldn't recommend getting pregnant just for that reason. Oh and they do not have kids and he was caught crossing the border. but still got it.
not if he pays the ticket
Yes they can.
If they look Mexican they are probably here illegally. It's normally safe to assume that even if they have papers they were simply falsified.
It is a long arduous process. It depends on if he came illegally or if he came with papers and the papers have expired. It also depends on how many times he has entered without inspection if that is the case. It also depends on how recently he arrived, and whether he has a criminal record on file. It is not impossible, but right now there is no true path to citizenship.
notebooks have papers
Marry him or get him married to someone else for papers, they dont have to have a realationship. Need three witnesses
He would have to file his divorce papers in Mexico, not the US. The US does not have jurisdiction over marriages by foreign nationals (non citizens) which were entered into in another country.
You can if you have all the papers needed and that you are not staying there illegally.
If Mexican nationals apply for US citizenship they might get legal papers, IF they are accepted as US citizens.
Yes he was born in Guadalajara but has papers.
