well if its been a year into your relationship then he must really see something in you.And 3 months after a relationship ends its not a rebound, if it was about a week or two then yeah.Another thing and if it was a rebound he would of ended up with his ex again

∙ 17y agoYes, it sounds like it. When you leave an ex then one should move on. My own opinion is that remaining friends with ex's isn't a good idea unless children are involved. He's still seeing his ex and seeing you as well and he is either confused or likes the situation you have enabled him to be in. Tell him right out you don't like it and it's either her or you.
