no your parents do not have to.

If a minor leaves the parental home without permission the parents are not legally obligated to support him or her.

The parents should however for their own protection if nothing else report the minor as a runaway if the person's whereabouts is unknown or AA an absentee minor if they know where the minor can be found.

Do my parents have every right to control what I do I am 20 and they pay for stuff does tha mean I have no power?

You are an adult. When you turned 18 you became an adult and at 20 you have the right to live as you want. If you are living with your parents and they pay your bills they do have the right to tell you what to do. I suggest you get a job if you don't have one and move.

What do you do if your parents tell you no when your of age to move out?

The answer for that depends entirely on how much you depend on your parents. If you live under their roof, and they pay for everything, then they have the right to say no and if you do it anyway, they have the right to kick you out. If you live on your own and pay all your own bills, then your parents become merely advisors, and you can choose to follow their advice, or you can chose to disreguard it and do whatever you want to do.
