If you eat a decent healthy meal for breakfast, lunch and dinner, with a halthy snack in between then that should be okay.
It means you feel just as good as youre last meal was healthy. Say i had ice cream for my last meal. now i feel bad. say i had lettuce for my last meal. now i feel good
