Someone has to take possession of the car. That might be you, the repoman or the cops. Send them a certified letter(return recpt) demanding they return YOUR car in 3 days. When the 3 days has passed, if no car, go to the cops and report it stolen. They no longer have your permission to borrow your car. Consult with a LOCAL attorney for state/case specific advice.
