If you have sustained an injury of that nature, you should visit the doctor, emergency room, or urgent care facility, to insure that a pulled tendon, is in fact the injury you have. The doctor will provide you with the proper equipment according to the injury you have. A brace and crutches may be prescribed.
Yes, he broke his leg this year or last year and had to wear crutches.

to protect the tendon from wear and tear in physical movement, like when you exercise.
Wear a solid shoe with a stiff sole to protect the injured toe and keep it stable. Avoid shoes that put pressure on the toe. As long as you are careful, you should not need crutches for a sprained toe.
you can't wear heels at all. But girls still do. soo idk -_- I am able to wear only one shoe and use crutches. I always wear a four-inch heel and do very well on my crutches. I have two five-inch heels and have to be a little careful in it, but it does not detract my mobility at all. This is in direct defiance of the medical community strongly recommending against heels and crutches.
You should either wear a bra once your breasts are large enough to be pulled down by gravity, or choose not to wear a bra and have breasts down to your waistband when you get 20 years older.
I wouldn't recomend it I use crutches full time and dressing for work I always wear a four-inch heel, just as I did before losing my leg. Growing up, I was athletic having played softball all through school and into college plus dancing ballet. As a result, I have very good coordination which made it very easy for me to get about on crutches and in a heel. I feel very sorry for anyone that has a hard time acclimating to using crutches and my best advice is to learn the proper way to use your crutches and life will be a little easier. E
Being able to wear only one shoe and using crutches, I have to say no, but others might like to.

Yes as when you have a sprained ankle you can't put pressure on your foot if your foot is severly sprained. I would recomend getting crutches but (if you don't want to wear crutches you can wear an ankle brace where you can get from any store) only use them for about 3-7 days and start trying to walk and do muscle exercises. You can get crutches from a pharmacy/drug store. Hope this helps.
