I think you would. But you might not be able to see any more.
Symptoms of eating five or more belladonna nightshade berries is loss of balance, dilated eyes, headache, rash, and delirium. The results would be lethal if you consumed that many belladonna.
Belladonna is used As a narcotic and sedative (to relieve pain), As a diuretic (veterinary uses), As an antispasmodic (used in medications), As a mydriatic (used to dilate the eyes). Belladonna is also used in homeopathy. Homeopathy is a system treatment of disease by minute doses of natural substances that in a healthy person would produce symptoms of disease.
The Spitting Cobra can spit poisen into the eyes of its enemies upto 8 feet away.
how do the squid's eyes help it to survive?
Belladonna is a highly toxic plant, that grows in Europe. It's botanical name is Atropa belladonna. Another name for it is deadly nighshade.Children can die from eating two to six berries. The poison in belladonna brings your heartbeat up, killing you that way. However, foxglove(not belladonna), brings your heartbeat down. So, in theory, foxglove can be used as an antidote for belladonna, and vice versa. However, it is not advisable, as you could mess up, and kill the person anyway.Belladonna is called belladonna because belladonna is Italian for 'beautiful lady', and in the olden days ladies used to squeeze the juice from the berries into their eyes, thus making their pupils dilate and look larger. The ladie though that looked beautiful. The poison that does that is called atropine, and is still used today to examine eyes.Sorry for the long explaination. That's just me. And I am only eleven. And I just remembered that off the top of my head, I didn't just read a book.
The answer has to be because of natural selection. Otherwise people would have a different number of eyes. But evidently a different number of eyes makes people less likely to survive and pass on that characteristic.
Darwin would have said that a few owls were born with bigger eyes. The owls with the big eyes would survive better and have more offspring so the owls with small eyes were less common untill there were only big eyed owls. This is called natural selection.
No don't think so. Blue eyes don't do well in bright light because they can't filter the light like darker eyes do. A zebra needs good eyes to survive on the savanna so they would need dark eyes.
They survive by having their nose, ears, and eyes.
cuz they want them
Because eyes are extremely useful but not vital. Even if you have a chunk of your brain removed it is still possible to survive. Usually if the brain stem is intact you can survive. Also, I am not a doctor but I think your eyes are attached to your brain and not actually a part of your brain. Otherwise everything on your head would be a part of your brain.
They have hearts and brains, they simply do not need eyes.
