you will likely have to 'exclude' this child from your policy....and this means NEVER EVER EVER let him drive if he is excluded...if you do and he's in an accident there will be NO coverage at all for your vehicle or the other parties........

How much will 2 speeding tickets affect my insurance in NC gotten reduced to 9 over on both?

You will need to contact your agent or policy services dept for the answer to your question.

If you have not declaired speeding fines and points on your car insurance policy will your insurance company pay out on a claim?

Chances are the insurance company already knows about your driving history and how many tickets one has received. They get reports like this on a regular basis, or can find out rather quickly on their own. As long as they haven't cancelled your policy, there should be no problems with paying claims. Call your agent, asap.

Will it affect your insurance rates if you got a speeding ticket in Kentucky but live in another state if this is your first ticket and you are 29?

Kentucky Speeding Ticket "Will it affect your insurance rates if you got a speeding ticket in Kentucky but live in another state, if this is your first ticket and you are 29?" Out of state speeding tickets are generally reported to your home state and treated as if you received the speeding ticket in your state. That means that the DMV in your state will decide if the ticket will appear on your record and if you will receive any points. There are a lot of exceptions so only the DMV can tell you how this speeding ticket will be reported on your record. Then the insurance company will have to check your MVR to be aware of the ticket. This depends on your particular carrier but most do not check every year. It is unlikely that this one ticket will increase your rates unless you make a change in your policy which causes them to check your record. Two tickets will have serious consequences on your premiums so you need to really watch your speed for awhile. lwpat yes it will

Is there a penalty if you do not tell a new insurance company about having two speeding tickets?

It depends. One way or the other, your new carrier will find out about the speeding tickets. And, of course, when you got the speeding tickets matters, too. If they're fairly recent (ie, in the last three years), your carrier can do a couple of things: 1. Drop you altogether for misrepresenting yourself on your application. 2. Raise your premiums accordingly, including back-dating your premium to the policy inception to include the charge for the speeding tickets. If I were you, I'd let them know ASAP so you don't have any nasty surprises. You changed companies because of the other insurance company's overbearing cost for their assigned points. Is there a penalty for the Insurance companies for not openly disclosing in their policies the $$ cost of their points on their insurees? There is no penalty for not "disclosing" costs. Insurance underwriting takes many factors into account and cannot be predicted or disclosed ahead of time. At the time that the accident or crime shows up on your record, you will get your new insurance rate quote. It is your choice to accept the rates, or shop around for a better price. If you drop your former insurance company and apply with another company without telling your past history, another company may refuse to insure new policy. It is better to keep old policy and shop around for better price for future policy change. Wait until your old policy expire before accept new policy with other insurance. Most other insurance will NOT accept if you still have your insurance policy in service. You may have to wait until it expire.

If someone gets a speeding ticket in your car does their insurance go up or does the owner of the cars?

Tickets are issued to people not cars. If you get a ticket while driving someone else's car, it only affects their insurance costs if you are a listed driver on their policy. The ticket is for the driver.

How much will insurance raise for a 16 year old male in Oklahoma who received a speeding ticket for going 50 in a 35?

No way to answer this it is state, company and driver specific, contact your agent or the carriers policy services dept for your answer.

Is there a penalty if you do not tell a your insurance company about having two speeding tickets when renewing your policy if they do not ask?

The insurance companies know how many tickets you get as soon as they punch your drivers licience number into the computer. It all comes up there if the tickets were in the past 3 - 6 years. If your insurance company doesn't ask you don't have to tell. However if you give them a reason to check your MVR, such as filing a collision claim then you may be in trouble. Drive carefully!

What do you receive from full disability?

A full or total disability will trigger a total claim. The amount of benefit that a person received is dependent on the amount of benefit provided by the specific Disability insurance policy. To find out how much benefit your specific policy pays in a total disability claim, either revert to your original policy or call the insurance company you purchased the policy from.
