the only chance of miscarriage is if you are cramping and bleeding and see blood clot--miscarriage has nothing to do with breast tenderness--like you said you seen the heartbeat that mean you and your baby are fine and healthy..... congrat..and best of luck

The high risk period for a miscarrage is the whole of the first trimester ( 12 weeks ) Even more so with a first pregnancy.U can still miscarry any time after that though.Seeing the heartbeat just means the baby is alive and well at that point it is not a predictor for the future

I am 8 weeks pregnant what are the chances of miscarriage now?

Ive heard once there is a heartbeat the chances of miscarraige go way down.

If there is no heartbeat in 8 weeks pregnancy?

If there is no heartbeat by 8 weeks then you should schedule an ultrasound to make sure the baby is healthy. If you already had an ultrasound then chances are you might miscarry. There is no medical treatment to keep you from miscarrying, and it isn't your fault in anyway if that is the case so don't blame yourself and keep trying.

Your ultrasound showed that you are 6 weeks pregnant but you should be 9 could that mean you are having a miscarriage?

An ultrasound at 6 weeks should show a fetal heartbeat, if there was a fetal heartbeat you're not miscarrying.. It's probable you estimated your due date wrong.

How usual is it for a young woman to have a miscarriage within the first trimester of pregnancy?

Most statistics say that up to 12 weeks, the chance of having a miscarriage is up to 20%, or higher in people who have had miscarriages in the past or are at a high risk of having a miscarriage. Lifestyle factors such as smoking, drinking, or using recreational drugs can also increase the chance of having a miscarriage. However, after 12 weeks, the chances drop to less than 5%, if your doctor has found a healthy heartbeat.

If you are three weeks pregnant with twins but the doctor saw only one heartbeat on the ultrasound and your hcg was 3045 will the other baby develop a heartbeat eventually?

Three weeks pregnant is a week before you miss a period so it is impossible to know it is twins. If you are three weeks after conception, (5 weeks pregnant)it is still early to see a heartbeat.

When do you first have a heartbeat?

When does a baby have a heartbeat? A baby's heartbeat can be detected by transvaginal ultrasound as early as 3 to 4 weeks after conception, or 5 to 6 weeks after the first day of the last menstrual period. This early embryonic heartbeat is fast, often about 160-180 beats per minutes, twice as fast as us adults'!
