Yes, but... You will lose water & muscle & on top of that when you start eating again you will gain all of it back and then some. Because your body will have thought that you were starving it and it will store everything you eat for the next fast. & if you don't want it to you will have to work that much harder to feed your body the right goods & at the right times in order for it to understand that your not putting it through starvation mode. Your body has an amazing memory system so treat it well. & unless the fast is directed by a medical professional and not for fast weight loss, my advise is don't do it. Tale it from one who's tried & reaped the downfalls of it.
