If you look at this in a strictly sequential manner, first would be the AA, then comes the BA, and then the MA. However, there are many approaches depending on your overall career goals and objectives. It can be very flexible. In some cases, an individual can complete an AA, then take an BS even within the same field of study. Anyway, the important thing is that you must first decide on what your career goals and objectives are. Only then can you develop the appropriate road-map leading to that clearly articulated future you intend to create for yourself. First comes the vision (your goal), then comes the best approach (road-map), that brings that goal into reality. Once you make your decision, everything else will fall into place.

Because you have an arts degree does not mean you cannot pursue a science degree at the graduate level. Just choose your master's program of study and do it. If the master's program requires any prerequisites , you can take the prerequisites and move on. Not all programs of study at the graduate level require prerequisites other than a bachelor's degree.
