legally they can't. There is something called patient confidentiality which means that they cannot tell anyone if you go to them with an issue. There are technicalities if you are under 16- but if you are seen to be competent and aware of what is happening and ask for your parents not to be told they won't be.
However, I do advise telling your parents, They'd want to help and it would be a huge weight off your shoulders.
