The stripped bolt might be able to be backed out with upwards pressure. Use a screwdriver under the bolt head and pry up while slowly turning the socket. This will be slow as the screwdriver will jump loose about every 1/4 turn.

Have front wheels straight, Turn stearing wheel all the way to left, count turns all the way to the right, and turn back to left half the number of turns, this should be straight ahead. Locate the stearing gear box by following the stearing shaft. It will be conected to the frame on drivers side just behind the radiator. There is a bolt on the top of the gear box with a screwdriver slot, use a screwdriver to hold bolt while you loosen the nut. Turn the bolt 1/4 turn, tighter is more responsive. Hold bolt and tighten the nut. Go drive it may need adjusted more.
