Anorexia is not the state of being dangerously slim. It is the state of irrationally wanting to avoid food in order to be slim. It's a personality disorder that hasn't actually got much to do with how fat or not you are and much more to do with how fat you don't want to be. It usually leads to being dangerously slim but that itself is not called anorexia, it's called starvation.
In that case, I think you may yourself already have this problem if you are not just asking this for the sake of education. If you're wondering why I haven't given you an answer to the first part of the question, it's because it differs depending on how much you weigh when you start fasting and how quickly your metabolism reacts. Wikipedia says that the average anorexic person consumes 800 calories a day but there are several documented cases of people fasting for 30 days or more on just water (see Olivia Cohen, David Blaine etc). The heath effects are dramatic and lasting, and many many months or years after the subject may still be overeating to compensate for a greatly increased appetite from excess gall and ghrelin (digestion acids that trigger hunger) in their system and nutrient losses.
You don't put on any additional pounds by eating at certain times of the day. You put on calories when you consume more calories than you burn. Not eating 3 hours before you sleep is a strategy to reduce the number of calories you consume in total, but it's not as though calories consumed during that time are treated any differently by your body.
Before a person become anorexic, they are just like any other normal person in the world.
It can be, depending on the amount of fat (3 grams and under is considered fairly healthy), the ingredients in the product, and how many calories you require as well as the calories you burn. Snacks made with ingredients that are poor in nutritional content are not healthy snacks, no matter how low the calories are. Always check the ingredients and nutritional information before deciding what to eat. If you are trying to lose weight, burn more calories than you consume.
Contrary to popular belief a woman only needs around 200 calories more a day when pregnant. There is no need to eat for two

You need to give a lot more information if you want a real answer. What is your current height/weight/age/sex. How active are you? How long have you been eating that many calories? How many calories were you eating before that? If you are eating 1100 calories of sugar and simple carbs your body will literally consume your muscle to conserve your fat.
The basic person consumes around 2500 calories a day. That is if you are eating 3 square meals a day that is healthy. To lose weight you have to burn more calories than you consume. Before you began any diet, you need to figure out how drastic and how fast you want your goal to be met.
You lose weight when you consume fewer calories than you burn, you gain weight when you eat more calories than you burn. Eating a number of small meals throughout the day is a good behavioral method to ensure you don't overeat, but in your case it seems that you're still consuming more calories per day than before. You should probably eat less per meal, or chose to eat slightly fewer (4 or 5) a day in order to consume fewer calories per day.

The true way to lose weight is to watch what you eat. If you do that even before excercising you will notice weight loss. 80% of weight loss contributes to eating well and only 20% to exercise. If you exercise religiously but eat poorly you will never get anywhere.
