Extra info: I have Terminal, A few emulators Installous and a few ringtones. If I upgrade, what will happen to these things?
The iPhone 4 can only support from iOS 4.0 to iOS 7.1.2. There is no way to get any higher iOS Firmware due to the older hardware that is built into the iPhone 4.
Upgrading an iPhone will update the firmware (the iOS) and will therefore remove the jailbreak. If you wish to stay jailbroken, it is highly recommended to not update until news of a new jailbreak arrives for the upgrade.
Depends on your jailbreak, For mine, (sn0wbreeze) Nothing bad happened It just turned back to a normal iPhone.
Click on 'Update' in iTunes!
Is there enough internal memory on your iPhone??
No.
If it's bricked it has to be restored by Apple to factory settings.
it depends on which country you are located at , in US it shall sell for around $150.
Yes they do but remember to upgrade to the latest iOS version 6
i need to install nimbuzz Numbuzz requires iOS 4.0. The First generation iPhone (sometimes called the iPhone 2G) can only run up to iOS 3.x. For IOS 4, you need an iPhone 3 or newer model.
hell no unless you want an iphone that goes slower than a computer made a decade ago, crappy youtube, and overheat central.
Some ios 6 devices can be jailbroken.
