No, sadly, if you have a reputation of having a peircing in your facial area, you are inqualified for working in Police Foundations. It's stupid, but that's the way it is.
Another View: (in the US) If the piercing is not apparent when the ornament is removed then, much like ear piercings, if it is not worn while on duty, it would most likely be acceptable.
