Most police officers I have met will show you the readings. As one officer stated, "It just shows the driver I have the proof".
Just pay the fine and don't be such a leadfoot.

It depends on the laws in your jurisdiction, but generally speaking no. In most localitites, there is no requirement for a police officer to use a radar gun, it's just one of the options. There are other ways to measure speed.
no
Most likely yes. I am not familiar with Florida law and don't know if there is some unique prohibition against wrting a speeding ticket if in front of the speeding car. You have to check the laws there. It probably is allowed for the reason that a speeding ticket can be issued whenever the police can accurately guage your speed. Sometimes it is done with a radar gun but sometimes it is done by the police driving at a speed that keeps your two cars the same distance apart for a certain period of time. If the police car is going 80 mph and the distance between your cars stays the same, then you are doing 80 mph as well. If the speed limit is 65, your'e nailed and probably with a more accurate result than with a radar gun.
During the upcoming months millions of people will go on road trips where they drive to various parts of the country. During their trips most people will inevitably have to decide whether they want to risk a speeding ticket by driving over the speeding limit. Luckily, there are ways that you can beat a speeding ticket while driving. The most effective way to beat a speeding ticket would be to use a radar detector. A radar detector will detect when a police officer is using a radar gun. In the event that a radar gun is being used in your proximity a series of beeps will occur on the device. When this occurs you should speed down to avoid being caught speeding and charged with a speeding ticket.
no that is not your infomation.

There are currently no manufacturers that are making this offer.
Not to sound blunt, but I would recommend not speeding to begin with. Don't speed? Slow down. Do it when the cops aren't around or you can also get a radar detector.

Depends on the department, and they may use lasers instead. Just google "police radar guns" for a sample.
