Waxing is one of the best ways to remove facial and body hair.
I recently waxed my upper lip, it hurts.. A LOT the first few times you do it because your face is not accustomed to hair removal particularly when you are pull it from the root.
When you wax (anything) it lasts about 4 - 6 weeks, hair grows back gradually, it is very effective, and the more you wax, the more time it takes for the hair to grow back; also it makes it grow thinner, because every time you remove hair from the root if weakens the hair follicle.
If you decide to wax I highly recommend that you put on some aloe vera gel on the area to soothe and prevent the area from becoming red and inflamed. I cannot tell you how much it costs to go and get waxed, but you can do it at home and buy wax from Sally's beauty supply, the one that contains azulene is my favourite because it makes the wax removal easier and prevents sticking.
