I am 5'1 and weight 115 pounds. I maintain this by drinking A LOT of water. Absolutely no pop. And I eat small portions. You can train your stomach to become satisfied by eating smaller meals. Only eat when you're hungry. Don't over indulge. Don't eat after 8:00 at night and always eat breakfast. This jump starts your metabolism.
