It's almost impossible to lose 35 lbs. a month without basically starving yourself! To lose weight, you have to be mentally ready. If you're not mentally ready or ready to push yourself to do it, you'll keep putting it off. Once you are ready mentally, you need to make some better choices on what you eat. Maybe you could eat a piece of fruit and a yogurt in the morning. Then for lunch you could have a salad and for dinner you could have some fish. Exercising alo plays a key role. Try walking a mile or so everyday, you'll eventually begin to notice a change in how your clothes fit. I walk a little over 5 miles a day on my treadmill, and that only takes an hour and a half, but you should start out slow. Also, if ice cream is your favorite, try the yogurt kind. My favorite iss chocolate brownie yogurt which has a lot less fat than regular ice cream. Start out slow and work your way up. If you eat healthy and exercise each day, you will notice a difference.
