One should make sure they stay hydrated and rest up well before a marathon. One should also lather themselves with Vaseline or body lotion in places where one could possibly get chaffed.
I believe that a 25 year old female preparing for a marathon needs about 2000 calories per day... im not so sure

It depends on how big it is and what's in it. If you bought it at a store, the nutritional information should be on the wrapper. If you got it from a restaurant, they are required to provide you with the nutritional information if you ask.
Very few unless you cry while running a marathon. Actually, research shows that if you cry after a night of heavy drinking and don't really know why you are crying then your brain burns a lot of calories trying to figure out why you are crying. If you know why you are crying then you should be running a marathon.
