Tough choice. Assuming no predisposition for medical conditions, I would choose a broad-spectrum antibiotic to cover most infections I could be exposed to, like Levaquin. Especially important because there is no dentist, physician or surgeon around to help you. Remember Tom Hanks in Castaway when he had an abscessed tooth and cut his hands? Also a "statin" type drug like Lipitor, because most of us will develop atherosclerosis even without the presence of meat on that island. Lastly would be a good pain medication like hydrocodone (Lortab/Vicodin) which again could help when you fall down the side of a cliff and break a leg.
