In order to be eligible to apply for US citizenship you should be

1. at least of 18 years of age

2.also a green card holder in the US who has continuous physical residence of minimum 5 years.

3.also have good moral character

So you should not be involved in any legal cases. Once you meet the eligibility you won't have a problem to apply for US citizenship.
