It could either be a starter gone bad or it could be a bad cylinoid. If the starter motor does not spin that would cause the engine not to turn over. The best thing is to buy the cylinoid first then if that does not work replace the starter motor. It never hurts to replace both.

Depends on what the problem is. One warning I can provide. Use only genuine Honda ATF fluid in your Accord. The use of any other fluid will cause problems. I suggest you seek out a professional to repair the transmission.

Found the problem to be a bad battery. Get a new battery (tested under a load at the car store) and reset the SRS light at the dealership or if you are mechanically inclined search the web on how to reset the light. This worked for me and the light has stayed off.
