Bury it. * I am sorry to hear about your pet cat. You can take it in to a vet's office to have it cremated for you. If you don't want to bury it or keep the ashes, they can make other arrangements for you.
When my cat died, we simply buried it in the backyard and said some words of prayer. It really depends on what you want to do with him/her. If you mean how to cope with your cat's death, here's some advice: Some people get over pets' deaths by getting a new pet. If you think that that new pet is just there just for you to get over your old pet, make the new pet important. If you don't want to get a new pet, you should probably stop thinking about him/her and move on.
You can also seek the comfort that others who have undergone the loss of a beloved friend and pet can provide at the related link below .
You should have an older sibling or adult help you. Find a nice final resting place on your property & lay it to rest with dignity & fashion some kind of marker. I have lost one myself, so can understand why one wouldn't want to throw a faithful friend away.
