What the hell is a 'pellot'?
If you can't figure out how to spell the word 'pellet' (or take advantage of a spell checker), then you probably shouldn't be alive, let alone own any form of a gun.
While a pellet gun is not considered a firearm, it is still considered a weapon. You would need to see what your state's stance on this is. The laws on the carrying of non-firearm weapons vary by state.
This question is best answered my local law enforcement not WikiAnswers. Check with your probation officer or law enforcement
Yes. A pellet gun does not meet the definition for a "firearm" contained in U.S. Code, Title 18.
If you are on parole, talk to your parole officer. If not, consult a lawyer, to many variations out there in local and state laws.
Use C02 to propell the pellet
100 USD
CO2 pellet guns work by using CO2 for rapid fire, with CO2 the gun does not need to be pumped or recorked after every fire. You can also find spring loaded pellet guns.
They are about the same, depending on the pistol. C02 has a tendency to be a little louder on certain pistols but not much difference.
Pellet guns are more powerful. They are stronger because they use a CO2 Gas, whil BB guns are spring-powered.
I would check with your parole officer for the best answer.
please state the make and model. It will make it easier to answer your question.
The Crosman model 150 was made between 1954-1967. It is a .22 cal pellet pistol.
If you mean the standard 12 gram CO2 cartridges, they are not reusable.
You will need the services of a lawyer
It's not the best idea. It will eventually ruin the seal.
Yes. A pellet gun and a firearm are two totaly different things. Actually if the felony comitted was not a violent felony , the felon will be able to own a firearm after the sentence/probation is completed IF it was a first offence.
