AnswerYes you can after all it's your husband its not like its a cop or anything. I should know I come from a family who has law enforcement officers in it. If you are in your own home or yard you legally can drink as long as your not being a nuisance to any one. AnswerNo. Being married does not change the fact that you are a minor, and not legally allowed to drink anywhere. While you may not get caught in your own home, it is still illegal.
