If it isn't covered by your insurance, then you have to pay for it yourself. Your neighbors are not responsible for the damage unless the fire was caused by neglegence and can be proven in court. It's unclear whether Nationwide is your insurance company or your neighbor's. If it's your, then you might ba able to file a claim through your neighbor's insurance. If not, you'll regretably have to sue the neighbor for the damages.
Unfortunately, there is nothing you can do with your insurance company. If you only have liability insurance, they do not pay anything to have your vehicle replaced.
you have to pay for petrol, insurance, and if you brake anything you have to pay to get it replaced.
yes i do think it can be replaced

My parents went through this a few years ago. Nobody does. It's usually the party who wants the fence repaired/replaced. My parents were fine with the old fence and told our neighbors "No" they will not help with the cost. Neighbors could do nothing about it. They replaced the fence anyways.
It hasn't been replaced with anything, just improved upon by variants.
As I look at your question, I think you are asking about the nationwide chain, "Dunkin' Donuts". Note that the company replaced the "g" in Dunking with a single apostrophe mark.
I highly doubt it. Unless the engine was damaged in an accident, the insurance would not cover it. But, you can ask them.
