go to bed. and when you get up in the morning stretch out your back,neck,legs, and
feet. it helped me. if live by the beach, in the afternoon go out and do yoga.

Alcohol consumption is a reason why people who try to lose weight cannot. Never forget the basic law in exercise - burn more calories than you consume and you will lose weight. Eat more than you burn and you will gain weight. So maybe try eating less and exercising more. I would not recomend less than a 1600 calorie day. Make sure to get enough rest, drink primarily water, and do cardio as well as weight training at least 5 days a week. At 52 it is difficult to lose weight. Don't forget that. 140 at 52 sounds pretty healthy. Good Luck
