Im 12. i had my 1st period like a little while ago. i have this weird creepy brown sappy stuff in my underpants and when i wipe myself in the bathroom. is this o.k.?

This is probably your period. Now is the time you need to start keeping track (on a calendar) of your periods. This way you will be able to predict when your next period will happen. This is important so you can be prepared by wearing sanitary pads in your underpants so they don't get badly stained. As you get older, your period flow will be more red than brown, but they usually do start out brown-ish.
And make sure to keep yourself clean "down there", too.
