Im 12 weeks pregnant and i started bleeding heavy but there is no blood clots just blood. what should i do as it happened at night and the doctors are not open what should i do if this happens again.?

lay down, keep your feet up and wait until doctor can get out to you. I would head to the emergency room and get triaged. The nurse can tell you for sure if it is urgent. 12 weeks is well into pregnancy and on the 1st/2nd trimester cusp you may be experiencing uterine spasms. It is likely nothing but check in to emerg to be sure.
