Stick to diets ! its the best way and do regular exercise
Agreed, eat a sensible diet and exercise 20 to 30 minutes a day. The weight will eventually come off.....don't be discouraged if it doesn't come off fast. It took a while to put on the weight so it should take some time to come off. Also, a trick is not to weight yourself everyday....just do it once a week. You won't get discouraged by the daily fluxuations but by a bigger loss weekly.
No you are not over weight, and as you grow you will become leaner naturally. At 10 you should be out enjoying yourself not worrying about being 7 stone.
